THE ACTION
Adept Technology’s role was to streamline the business case management process for DA. Adept focused on tackling the most critical business cases while minimising distractions and operational noise.
Despite initial challenges in completing all the cases as desired, Adept concentrated on narrowing the focus to one or two high-priority cases at a time. This approach allowed Adept to manage the workload more effectively and ensure that the most important tasks were completed with precision.
The engagement was straightforward, leveraging Adept’s extensive experience to deliver results across the organisation.
THE OUTCOME
Adept Technology successfully developed 74 process maps and initiated one business case, which is now in project mode. Four business cases are nearing completion, with another 20 pending.
The project enhanced efficiency, especially in the sales process. Adept’s focused work and steady output were highly valued.
