THE CHALLENGE
Aurizn, formerly Consilium Technology are a South Australian Based, Defence
Industry Security Program accredited Company, whom are
leaders in Modelling and simulation engineering.
Aurizn required Project Management expertise to lead a
project to close, renegotiate a follow-on Contract, and train
one of the team of engineers to be a Project Manager.
THE OUTCOME
The new contract (project) was awarded and our Adept consultant
successfully kicked off the resultant project. Our experienced
Consultant selected an internal staff member that organically worked
with Aurizn’s strategic goals, whom she trained as a Project
Manager, and subsequently handed over the project to the new PM.
The client was able to deliver efficiencies in cost in project delivery and in recruiting/ training a new member. Recruiting and training a new member
was not ideal due to the time and security constraints. Therefore, Consilium
have been able to redistribute the team and grow their capability to enable successful delivery into the future.
