Resvu is a single platform customer service solution which revolutionises the way community managers serve their communities.
THE CHALLENGE
Resvu has taken the large step of re-building the platform to future proof the product.
In the past, there have been some product let-downs, planning and staffing challenges in the development.
The management team recognised that it needs a CTO to oversee and direct development work, to ensure that effective processes and planning are in place.
However, Resvu needed to take stock of where it stands and put in place remedial actions before taking the big step of hiring a CTO.
THE ACTION
Adept’s consultant performed duties typically done by a CTO,
· Leadership and oversight of development activities.
· Reduce risk with the current business plans
· Ensure that development team efforts are aligned and effective
· Recommendations and support implementing technical operations in
line with goals.
· Provide effective reporting to the Resvu management team.
· Support rollout of new version of platform.
· Support with selection of a new permanent CTO
THE OUTCOME
Following a critical 12 months of transformation,
Resvu successfully delivered Version 3 of its platform and migrated existing clients.
