Skills and responsibilities
- JIRA implementation and configuration and UAT (Jira Service Management)
- JIRA Workflows, Automation, Reports, SLA’s and Customer Request Forms
- JIRA Add-ons (Theme Extensions, Automation, Timesheets)
- Project Artefacts and As-Built Documentation and Training
- Support client needs and provide best practice guidance, recommendations, and solutions
- MDM (Mobile Device Management) industry experience in Implementation, UAT, Documentation and Training
- Maintain strong internal and external vendor key stakeholder relationships.
