Anthony has worked with organisations across Disability Care, Aged Care and Community Care to streamline business and technology. Client experience is often central to the transformation journey, and Anthony has guided scoping, requirements, software selection and implementation for multiple organisations. In cases where the existing technology is adequate, Anthony enables tangible organisational improvements.
With an extensive background in consulting and senior management roles, Rob has the ability to rapidly assess a complex business environment and determine what changes are needed to achieve the desired outcomes. An active contributor to the healthcare industry, Rob has served on Boards of organisations including Down Syndrome SA and the Intellectual Disability Accommodation Association (IDAA).

Since joining Cara, Matt has supported the Chief Executive and the Board to re-engineer Cara’s service offering and systems to be NDIS ready. Matt is passionate about business finance and analytics, and has on-the-ground experience working with the significant innovation and technological disruptions of the disability care industry.
